It is not yet known exactly what the security questions will look like. It is very likely that there will be health questions again. Not all diseases have to be listed. Only if the illness poses a safety risk for the traveller and the other passengers, the illness must be declared.
FRONTEX staff can turn the traveller back at the border
One point that is often overlooked is border control. If the application has been approved, this does not mean that the border crossing will also be approved. The border official always has the final say. If he rejects the traveller, it is not possible to enter the Schengen area even with ETIAS.
